By completing this module, participants will be equipped to discuss major global trends, evaluate and compare companies' sustainability activities and products, and be effective change agents in their organizations.

The More on Change and Sustainability module delves deeper into change agent skills and green design, providing insights from practitioners. Participants will also learn about sustainability reporting and how to improve products and services within their organizations or issue an enhanced sustainability report, further enhancing their ability to drive impactful change.

The Sustainable Business: Big Issues, Big Changes module addresses critical topics such as climate change, water, worker satisfaction, and supply chain issues. Participants will gain tools to intelligently address these issues within their companies, and have the opportunity to set a science-based carbon reduction target, positioning their company among elite global leaders in sustainability initiatives.

The Capstone: Creating A Sustainability Proposal module challenges participants to apply the knowledge acquired from previous classes by developing a complete proposal for change. This comprehensive assignment encompasses problem identification, solution development, financial and sustainability impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and budgeting and implementation planning. Participants are encouraged to leverage the concepts and tools introduced to make positive changes in their organizations, communities, and the world.
